A 10-year Thailand visa run by the Board of Investment: an initial 5-year stay, renewable for a further 5 years if qualifications are maintained.

Requirements

  • USD 80,000/year income, or USD 40,000–80,000 combined with a qualifying master's degree in science or technology
  • Thai government employees are exempt from the income minimum
