Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 1 August 2026

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Introduction and Service Provider

These Terms and Conditions apply to Thailand visa-support services provided under the Make Living Easy brand by Arun Thai Cooking Co., Ltd.

Make Living Easy is the customer-facing brand used for these visa-support services. Arun Thai Cooking Co., Ltd. is the legal service provider, enters the customer agreement, issues invoices, receives payments, and processes refunds unless the customer’s quotation states otherwise.

Operating address: Soi 30 Itsaraphap Road, Wat Arun, Bangkok Yai, Bangkok 10600, Thailand.

Make Living Easy is an independent visa-support service. It is not a Thai government agency, embassy, consulate, official government representative, or law firm.

Government authorities make all final decisions concerning eligibility, approval, refusal, processing time, visa issuance, extensions, and permission to enter Thailand.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

The customer will receive or be given access to these Terms before Make Living Easy begins the engagement.

The customer accepts these Terms when the customer does any of the following after receiving them:

  • Accepts a quotation or written engagement confirmation
  • Pays a service fee, program fee, or deposit
  • Confirms through WhatsApp or email that Make Living Easy should begin work
  • Otherwise clearly instructs Make Living Easy to begin the agreed service

The customer’s quotation or written engagement confirmation will state the specific service, fees, payment stages, and guarantee status.

Where a service-specific quotation directly conflicts with these Terms, the quotation will apply to that engagement. It cannot remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The customer and applicant must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the agreement.

A person instructing Make Living Easy or paying for another applicant confirms that they are authorized to do so. The applicant remains responsible for reviewing and approving their application information.

3. Services We Provide

Depending on the agreed package, Make Living Easy may provide:

  • Preliminary visa screening
  • Explanations of visa requirements
  • Document checklists
  • Document review
  • Application preparation
  • Submission guidance
  • Interview preparation
  • Assistance with ordinary additional-document requests
  • General application support through agreed communication channels

The exact service included will be stated in the quotation, invoice, package description, or written engagement confirmation.

Some applications, declarations, payments, interviews, identity checks, and government communications must be completed personally by the applicant.

Services outside the agreed scope require the customer’s written approval before any additional fee is charged.

4. Screening and Government Decisions

An initial screening is based on the information available at the time. It identifies a potentially suitable visa route and does not represent a government decision.

An eligibility opinion is Make Living Easy’s assessment based on the information and requirements available at that time.

Accepting a customer’s case does not mean that the application has been accepted or approved by a government authority.

Acceptance of an application by a government portal, embassy, consulate, or immigration office does not mean that the visa has been approved.

Visa approval does not itself guarantee permission to enter Thailand. Entry decisions remain with the relevant immigration authority.

Make Living Easy does not guarantee:

  • Approval
  • Endorsement
  • Processing time
  • Appointment availability
  • The absence of an interview
  • The absence of additional-document requests
  • Visa issuance
  • An extension of stay
  • Entry into Thailand

Nothing in this section removes responsibility for a material error by Make Living Easy.

5. Applicant Responsibilities

The applicant must:

  • Provide genuine, accurate, complete, and current information
  • Disclose relevant immigration history and previous refusals
  • Disclose information that could materially affect the application
  • Provide essential documents within reasonable deadlines
  • Attend required interviews and appointments
  • Monitor agreed communication channels and application accounts
  • Review application information before submission
  • Answer government questions truthfully
  • Follow reasonable written instructions that are material to the application
  • Inform Make Living Easy promptly of a material change in circumstances

Material changes may include relevant changes to:

  • Employment
  • Income
  • Financial position
  • Residence
  • Application country or jurisdiction
  • Relationship or family status
  • Immigration status
  • Previous refusals
  • Passport details
  • Travel plans
  • Criminal or regulatory matters
  • Participation in an activity or program required for the visa route

The applicant is not required to report minor or unrelated changes.

6. Documents and Application Information

Make Living Easy will use reasonable care when reviewing documents for apparent completeness, consistency, and obvious errors within the agreed scope.

Make Living Easy does not independently authenticate every document or verify every statement with its original source.

The applicant remains responsible for ensuring that documents and information are:

  • Genuine
  • Accurate
  • Complete
  • Lawfully obtained
  • Current where required
  • Correctly translated or certified where required

Make Living Easy will not knowingly submit forged, false, or materially misleading information.

Where the applicant must submit the application personally, the applicant must use the final information and documents approved through the agreed Make Living Easy process.

If the applicant changes, removes, replaces, or adds material information without informing Make Living Easy, Make Living Easy is not responsible for consequences caused by that change.

The rejection guarantee will be affected only where the independent change materially caused or contributed to the rejection.

7. Changing Government Requirements

Visa rules, embassy practices, document requirements, financial-evidence requirements, application procedures, and portal functions may change.

Make Living Easy will use reasonable efforts to check the requirements relevant to the agreed visa route and application jurisdiction.

A government authority may still:

  • Change a requirement without advance notice
  • Apply a different interpretation
  • Request additional evidence
  • Require an interview
  • Delay or suspend processing
  • Change an appointment or submission process

Make Living Easy will explain any material change it becomes aware of and how it may affect the applicant.

8. Communication and Security

Official communication may take place through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Respond.io
  • Email
  • Government application portals
  • Approved document-sharing channels
  • Other channels agreed in writing

The customer must provide current contact information and notify Make Living Easy if access to an agreed channel changes.

Make Living Easy will use reasonable efforts to identify material deadlines clearly and provide reasonable notice where circumstances allow.

Customers should communicate only through official Make Living Easy contact details.

Make Living Easy will not ask customers to provide:

  • Passwords
  • One-time passwords
  • Card PINs
  • Complete online-banking login details

Customers should verify unexpected requests to change bank details, payment recipients, or document-sharing channels through the published Make Living Easy WhatsApp number.

Make Living Easy may pause work or payment instructions where it reasonably suspects impersonation, unauthorized access, fraud, or a compromised communication channel.

Sensitive documents should be sent only through an approved channel.

9. Fees and Payment

The quotation or written engagement confirmation will state:

  • The Make Living Easy service fee
  • Any Arun Thai Cooking program fee
  • Any required deposit
  • The government application fee
  • The payment schedule
  • Taxes, where applicable
  • Card-processing charges
  • The legal payment recipient
  • Whether the service-fee guarantee is included

Work may be delayed until the required payment is received.

An agreed fee will not be increased without the customer’s written approval.

The person making payment confirms that they are authorized to use the selected card, bank account, or payment method.

Refunds will normally be returned to the original payer through the original payment method.

Where this is not reasonably possible, Make Living Easy may require written authorization from the original payer and additional identity or payment verification.

Card-processing fee

Credit and debit card payments are subject to a separately disclosed 5% card-processing fee.

The card-processing fee is separate from the Make Living Easy service fee and Arun Thai Cooking program fee.

The card-processing fee is non-refundable, including following an eligible application rejection.

No separate administration or refund-processing fee will be deducted.

10. Government Fees and Other Costs

Unless expressly included in writing, the following are separate:

  • Government and visa application fees
  • Translation and certification costs
  • Legalization and notarization costs
  • Courier and document-procurement fees
  • Medical examinations
  • Insurance
  • Travel and accommodation
  • Bank and currency-conversion charges
  • Other independent third-party services

Government application fees are non-refundable once paid to the relevant government authority, including where an application is rejected, withdrawn, delayed, or not completed.

Where a third party controls a fee or refund, that provider’s terms apply.

Make Living Easy may introduce a customer to an independent third-party provider. That provider operates under its own terms, fees, and responsibilities unless the quotation states that the service is included and provided by Arun Thai Cooking Co., Ltd.

11. Changes to the Application

The applicant must obtain Make Living Easy’s written agreement before changing:

  • The visa route
  • The application country
  • The embassy or consulate
  • The application jurisdiction
  • Material application information

Make Living Easy may decline a proposed change where:

  • It does not support applications from that jurisdiction
  • The jurisdiction presents known operational or approval risks
  • The applicant does not have an appropriate residence or application basis there
  • The available evidence may not satisfy local requirements
  • The proposed submission is unsuitable

Where Make Living Easy agrees to a change, it will explain the effect on eligibility, documents, timing, fees, and guarantee coverage before further work begins.

A material change may require a separate quotation. No additional fee will be charged without written approval.

12. DTV Rejection Guarantee

Guarantee summary

For an eligible DTV rejection:

  • 100% of the eligible Make Living Easy service fee is refunded.
  • 100% of the eligible Arun Thai Cooking program fee is refunded.
  • THB 2,300 is deducted for each cooking class attended before rejection.
  • Government application fees are excluded.
  • The disclosed 5% card-processing fee is excluded.

Eligible DTV Application

An Eligible DTV Application is a DTV application that:

  • Was accepted under a written Make Living Easy engagement
  • Had the required service and program fees paid
  • Was submitted through the agreed visa route and application jurisdiction
  • Had the service-fee guarantee marked as included in the quotation
  • Received a Formal Rejection
  • Was not materially caused to fail by an exclusion in these Terms

Formal Rejection

A Formal Rejection means a written government notice, official portal decision, or government communication stating that the application has been refused or rejected.

It does not normally include:

  • A voluntary withdrawal
  • An abandoned application
  • Failure to complete submission
  • Expiration caused by inaction
  • A request for additional documents
  • A pending application
  • A technical portal issue

Refund amount

If an Eligible DTV Application receives a Formal Rejection, Arun Thai Cooking Co., Ltd. will refund:

  • 100% of the eligible Make Living Easy service fee; and
  • 100% of the eligible Arun Thai Cooking program fee, less THB 2,300 for each class attended before rejection.

The class deduction cannot exceed the total program fee paid.

13. DTV Cases Without a Service-Fee Guarantee

Make Living Easy may accept a case without offering the Make Living Easy service-fee guarantee because of:

  • The proposed application jurisdiction
  • The applicant’s circumstances
  • The available financial or eligibility evidence
  • Another material risk identified during screening

Any exclusion from the service-fee guarantee must be:

  • Explained before payment
  • Stated clearly in the quotation or written engagement confirmation
  • Accepted by the customer in writing

The quotation must state either:

  • DTV service-fee guarantee: Included
  • DTV service-fee guarantee: Not included for this application

Make Living Easy cannot remove an included guarantee after payment unless the applicant provided materially false, misleading, incomplete, or concealed information.

Where the service-fee guarantee is not included, the eligible cooking program rejection refund remains available unless the quotation clearly states otherwise.

14. LTR Rejection Guarantee

Guarantee summary

If the applicant does not receive final LTR approval — including non-approval during a qualification, endorsement, or final visa-issuance stage — Arun Thai Cooking Co., Ltd. will refund 100% of the LTR service deposit paid.

  • No administration charge, completed-work deduction, or service charge is taken from an eligible deposit refund.
  • Government fees and the disclosed 5% card-processing fee are excluded.

Make Living Easy collects a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed LTR service fee before beginning work.

If the applicant does not receive final LTR approval, including non-approval during a qualification, endorsement, or final visa-issuance stage, Arun Thai Cooking Co., Ltd. will refund 100% of the LTR service deposit paid.

No administration charge, completed-work deduction, or service charge will be taken from an eligible deposit refund.

Government fees and the disclosed 5% card-processing fee are excluded.

The LTR guarantee applies where:

  • The required deposit was paid
  • The applicant followed materially important application instructions
  • The applicant provided genuine, accurate, and materially complete information
  • The non-approval was not materially caused by applicant dishonesty or material non-compliance
  • The applicant provides reasonable evidence of the non-approval

15. Refund Exclusions and Fair Review

A rejection refund may be refused only where the rejection or application failure was materially caused or materially contributed to by:

  • A forged document
  • Information the applicant knew was false or materially misleading
  • Deliberate concealment of material information
  • Materially incomplete information that was not corrected after reasonable notice
  • Failure to provide an essential document after reasonable notice
  • Failure to maintain an essential eligibility condition
  • Missing a required interview without reasonable explanation
  • Ignoring a material government or application deadline
  • Ignoring repeated reasonable requests to correct an important issue
  • Taking an action directly contrary to clear written application advice
  • A material undisclosed change in circumstances
  • A voluntary withdrawal or abandonment
  • A request to submit false, unlawful, or misleading information

A minor error, honest mistake, reasonable misunderstanding, or immaterial breach will not automatically invalidate refund eligibility.

Before refusing an otherwise eligible refund, Make Living Easy will:

  • Explain the concern
  • Give the applicant a reasonable opportunity to respond
  • Consider relevant clarification and supporting evidence
  • Consider whether the issue was material
  • Consider whether the issue caused or materially contributed to the rejection

Where the facts remain genuinely unclear after reasonable review, Make Living Easy intends to give the applicant the benefit of the doubt.

16. Refund Evidence and Timing

The applicant should notify Make Living Easy of the rejection or non-approval through an agreed communication channel.

Make Living Easy may reasonably request:

  • The official rejection notice
  • A screenshot or download from the official application portal
  • Relevant government correspondence
  • Payment evidence
  • Original payer details
  • Information needed to return the funds
  • Confirmation of whether an appeal or resubmission remains active

Make Living Easy will not require evidence that is unnecessary or unreasonably difficult to obtain.

Eligible refunds will normally be initiated within 10 to 15 working days after:

  • The required rejection evidence has been received
  • Refund eligibility has been confirmed
  • The original payer and payment details have been confirmed
  • Any choice between a refund and a further attempt has been resolved

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after the refund is initiated.

17. Withdrawals

DTV withdrawal

A voluntary withdrawal or change of mind is outside the DTV rejection guarantee.

Once fees have been paid and an enrollment letter has been issued, there is no contractual entitlement to a withdrawal refund.

Before the enrollment letter is issued, Make Living Easy may consider a full or partial goodwill refund based on:

  • The work already completed
  • The non-refundable card-processing fee
  • Any non-refundable third-party cost
  • The reason for withdrawal

A goodwill refund is discretionary and does not create an entitlement in another case.

LTR withdrawal

A voluntary withdrawal or change of mind is outside the LTR rejection guarantee.

Once substantive work begins, the 30% service deposit is non-refundable.

Substantive work begins when Make Living Easy starts detailed eligibility assessment, document review, case planning, or application preparation.

Before substantive work begins, the deposit may be refunded less the disclosed card-processing fee.

These withdrawal provisions do not apply where the withdrawal was materially caused by a documented Make Living Easy breach or error.

18. Appeals and Resubmissions

Following a Formal Rejection, Make Living Easy may offer an appeal, reconsideration, or new application where it reasonably believes a further attempt is appropriate.

The applicant may choose either:

  • The applicable rejection refund; or
  • A further attempt offered in writing by Make Living Easy

A further attempt is not automatically available.

Its availability depends on:

  • The reason for rejection
  • The applicant’s circumstances
  • The proposed application jurisdiction
  • Current government requirements
  • Whether Make Living Easy considers the further attempt appropriate

The refund will be paused only after the applicant accepts the further attempt in writing.

New government fees and major third-party expenses remain payable unless agreed otherwise.

The applicant cannot receive both the full rejection refund and a further complete application service unless Make Living Easy agrees otherwise in writing.

19. Make Living Easy Errors

If Make Living Easy makes a documented material preparation or submission error, it will use reasonable efforts to correct the error promptly without an additional service fee.

Where a new submission is reasonably required solely because of the error, Make Living Easy will:

  • Prepare the corrected submission without an additional service fee
  • Pay any repeated government application fee caused solely by the documented error

If the error cannot reasonably be corrected and materially causes the application to fail, the applicant may request the applicable service-fee refund.

This provision does not apply where the issue resulted from inaccurate, incomplete, late, or concealed information provided by the applicant.

20. Suspension or Termination

Make Living Easy may pause or end the service where:

  • A required payment is overdue
  • The applicant repeatedly fails to respond
  • Essential information or documents remain outstanding
  • Fraud or document authenticity is reasonably suspected
  • The applicant requests false, misleading, or unlawful conduct
  • The applicant behaves abusively or threatens staff
  • Continuing the service could breach applicable law

Where reasonably possible, Make Living Easy will explain the concern and allow the applicant to correct it before ending the engagement.

Ending the engagement does not remove a refund right that had already arisen.

Any refund following termination will be determined under the applicable rejection, withdrawal, applicant-conduct, or Make Living Easy error provisions.

21. Privacy

Visa-support services may require personal and sensitive information, including passport, financial, immigration, employment, family, criminal-history, and health-related information where relevant.

Information may be processed through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Respond.io
  • Email
  • Government application portals
  • Approved document-sharing systems
  • Approved business storage systems

Information may need to be shared with government authorities and approved service providers.

Customers should use only the instructed channel for sensitive documents.

The Make Living Easy Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected.

Read the full Privacy Policy.

22. Responsibility and Travel Commitments

Make Living Easy will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.

Make Living Easy is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Government decisions
  • Government processing delays
  • Changes in law or embassy practice
  • Portal outages
  • Appointment availability
  • Additional-document requests
  • Border-entry decisions
  • Visa-extension decisions
  • Loss caused by materially inaccurate applicant information
  • Travel or relocation commitments made before approval
  • Tax, employment, banking, property, investment, or legal consequences outside the agreed service

Customers should avoid making non-refundable travel, accommodation, employment, property, or relocation commitments until the required approval has been received.

This recommendation does not remove responsibility for materially inaccurate advice or a material breach by Make Living Easy.

Make Living Easy’s visa-support service does not automatically include:

  • Legal representation
  • Tax advice
  • Employment-law advice
  • Investment advice
  • Property advice
  • Banking advice

23. Complaints and Disputes

Customers may submit a complaint through the published email address or WhatsApp number.

The complaint should include:

  • The customer’s name
  • Application or engagement reference
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • The requested outcome
  • Relevant supporting documents

Make Living Easy will normally acknowledge a complaint within three working days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten working days.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written discussion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be excluded.

24. General Terms

Changes to these Terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date.

A material change will not reduce the rights of a customer under an existing paid engagement without written agreement.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control. This does not remove a refund obligation that has already become due.
