Requirements
- Aged 20 or above, with a clean Thai immigration record
- Bank statements for the last 3 months demonstrating a balance of at least THB 500,000 or the equivalent in another currency
- Evidence of remote income: an employment contract, registered business, or a portfolio of clients based outside Thailand
- Proof that you are a national or legal resident of the country where the application is submitted, in a form accepted by that Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate
- A recent Certificate of Criminal Record Clearance (police clearance certificate) from your country of nationality or the country where you apply — each embassy or consulate sets how recently it must be issued
- Application submitted from outside Thailand, through the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate in a country where you are a national or a legal resident — accepted evidence varies by mission, so confirm its requirements before applying
