Information we collect

When you complete our consultation screening form or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, nationality, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, visa type of interest, and your answers to screening questions relevant to that visa type.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare for and conduct your consultation, to assess your eligibility for the visa routes we advise on, and to communicate with you about your enquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our lead-management system (Airtable) or, where that is not available, sent to our team by email. Access is limited to Make Living Easy team members involved in your enquiry.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@makelivingeasy.com.
