Who we are
Make Living Easy services are provided by Arun Thai Cooking (Phuket) Co., Ltd. (company registration 0835569009267), registered office 48/137 Moo 4, Bandon-Cherngtalay Road, Cherngtalay, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand. Make Living Easy is the customer-facing brand.
Information we collect
When you complete our consultation screening form, we collect the information you provide: your name, nationality, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, visa type of interest, and your answers to screening questions relevant to that visa type.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare for and conduct your consultation, to assess your eligibility for the visa routes we advise on, and to communicate with you about your enquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our lead-management system (Airtable) or, where that is not available, sent to our team by email. Access is limited to Make Living Easy team members involved in your enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us at visa@arunthaicooking.com.
90-Day Reporting service
When you book our 90-Day Reporting service, we collect the details you give in our booking form: your name as in your passport, email, phone number, whether your TM.30 address is in Bangkok and its district, your visa type, your report due date and latest entry date, and any visa question you choose to add.
At drop-off, or through your courier, you give us your original passport, the TM.30 receipt for your current Bangkok address, your previous 90-day receipt if you have one, and the TM.47 form you sign. We give these to the Immigration Bureau to file your report.
We use your details to file your report, return your passport, and contact you about this service, including a visa consultation if you ask for one.
Passport custody records
Each passport is kept in its own sealed, numbered envelope in a locked drawer. Every handover, from drop-off to collection, is signed in our custody log. If someone collects your passport for you, we record the name you email us in advance, and they show their own ID and sign our log. If you send a courier, we record the rider’s name and plate number you send us, and send you a photo of the handover.
Document copies
Copies of your documents are deleted 30 days after you collect your passport.
